To inspire the people of Jozi, Mzansi and around the world to help bring hope and instil pride back into our city. To do this we needed to create a movement for the people, by the people, that is inspired by our constitution.

Bea Swanepoel
Bea Swanepoel is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, who brings over 25 years of mining industry experience in various roles, to her role as CEO of Jozi My Jozi. Driven by a deep connection to Johannesburg, where she grew up, Bea is passionate about uplifting the city and creating a hopeful future for its residents and youth.
Adam Craker
Adam, CEO of iqbusiness and founding member of Jozi My Jozi, is a dedicated advocate for collaboration between government and business, with a strong focus on inclusive education in South Africa. He holds a BSc in Management and Computer Science from the University of Warwick, plus international marketing and MBA credentials. inclusive education and meaningful change in South Africa.
Anton Uys
Anton is a professionally registered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years of experience in commercial project management across mining, process plants, and civil construction industries. Currently leading Anglo American’s Corporate Office portfolio, Anton has held senior roles, including Senior Capital Procurement and Category Manager, where he developed strategies to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Born and raised in Johannesburg, Anton has a strong connection to the city and has supported initiatives like the QuadPara Association of South Africa and Judea Harvest. His passion for creating lasting change makes him a driving force behind Jozi My Jozi’s mission to inspire hope and transform the city.
Robbie Bozin
Robbie Brozin, co-founder of Nando’s, has been instrumental in building the brand into a global success with over 1,250 restaurants across 26 countries. Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, Robbie is deeply committed to philanthropy through initiatives like Goodbye Malaria. As a founding member of Jozi My Jozi, Robbie brings his passion for fostering positive change and his commitment to building a city filled with hope, resilience, and pride.
Melusi Mhlungu
Melusi Mhlungu, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of We Are Bizarre, is the creative force behind the Jozi My Jozi brand. With over 12 years in advertising and a portfolio that includes Cannes Lions and Super Bowl campaigns, Melusi’s visionary leadership ensures Jozi My Jozi stands out as a bold and inspiring movement. We Are Bizarre’s mission to create Africa’s next generation of standout brands aligns perfectly with building pride and hope for Johannesburg.
