Mandela Day

What better way to kick off the Jozi my Jozi (JMJ) movement than by living the values and continuing the legacy of our founding father Nelson Mandela. Mandela day this year saw JMJ doing what they do best -collaborating, reimagining and uplifting the city of Jozi. The goal of the day was to leave the city shining. That happened by working with the City Of Joburg to do a clean up of The Nelson Mandela bridge and the surrounding areas and working with the students of the Maharishi Invincibility Institute to clean up the streets around Ntebi Piliso Street. "Recognize that the world is hungry for action, not words. Act with courage and vision." - Mandela
