Citizen Leader Lab is a Non-Profit Organisation committed to nurturing leadership and supporting the development of resilient, accountable and responsible leaders who drive positive change in their communities and society at large.

Since launching our programmes in 2010, we have embodied the principles of the National Development Plan, bringing together South Africans from all backgrounds to work towards the shared goals of societal transformation.

We empower individuals through practical leadership programmes and workshops, promoting cross-sector collaboration, active citizenship and social cohesion. Building on our established foundation in education and ongoing work in municipal leadership, we are expanding our impact in municipalities through a partnership with Jozi My Jozi.
