Learn aims to turn the minibus taxi ecosystem into a living classroom. The project will create opportunities for operators, rank managers and workers to access training on topics like road safety, customer service, small-business skills and financial literacy, in partnership with other Jozi My Jozi workstreams. 

The goal is simple: equip the people who keep Jozi moving with the knowledge and tools to run safer, more sustainable, more respected taxi businesses.
