We're launching a Property Enterprise to fast-track Johannesburg's inner city renewal and build a blueprint other South African cities can steal. Our job? Connect public intent with private capital and make the inner city investable again.

It starts with "Our Map": a live view of precincts, buildings, ownership, and redevelopment potential paired with infrastructure realities like electricity, water, and connectivity. From there, we curate a pipeline of property projects and precinct opportunities, each matched to the right partners, approvals, and enabling conditions.

We're also building a stakeholder universe spanning government, property owners, developers, financiers, and community organizations, with sharp focus on attracting investors, old and new, who back inclusive growth.

This enterprise turns urban plans into executable projects. It rebuilds confidence. And it channels commercial returns straight back into Jozi My Jozi's mission-led work.
