We’re launching a property enterprise to fast-track Johannesburg’s inner-city renewal and build a blueprint that other South African cities can steal. Our job? Connect public intent with private capital and make the inner city investable again.

It starts with “our map”: a live view of precincts, buildings, ownership and redevelopment potential, paired with infrastructure realities such as electricity, water and connectivity. From there, we curate a pipeline of property projects and precinct opportunities, each matched to the right partners, approvals and enabling conditions.

We’re also building a stakeholder universe spanning government, property owners, developers, financiers and community organisations, with a sharp focus on attracting investors, old and new, who back inclusive growth.

This enterprise turns urban plans into executable projects. It rebuilds confidence. And it channels commercial returns straight back into Jozi My Jozi’s mission-led work.
