Skills training opportunities at MES
The MES training centre currently provides a strong foundation in security, life skills and computer literacy. However, MES recognises the need to expand its offerings to meet the evolving needs of the job market.
Financial constraints currently prevent MES from offering a wider range of accredited training programmes, which are crucial to empowering our youth and adult beneficiaries with in-demand skills. That’s why we’re actively seeking seed funding to develop and deliver accredited training programmes aligned with current market needs.
These programmes will equip candidates with the skills and qualifications necessary to secure jobs and build successful careers.

MES’s vision extends beyond just training. The aim is to provide candidates with a clear “exit plan”, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to find employment or even launch their businesses.
Recognising the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, we incorporate entrepreneurship training into our programs. This will empower individuals to diversify their income streams, reduce unemployment and create new jobs within our communities.
