Speak gives commuters a real voice in how the taxi system works. 

This project designs user-engagement tools and campaigns – from feedback channels and commuter surveys to dialogue sessions at ranks – all linked into Jozi My Jozi’s wider communication platforms. 

By turning everyday riders into co-designers, Speak will help shape a taxi experience that responds to what people actually need, not what we assume from the outside.
