Social & Community
Providing accessible community support for mental health, substance abuse recovery, food security and general well-being.

Meetings alone don’t fix cities
It’s the people eager to take action who do. Communities on the ground. Block by block.
The institutions that care are already here. Shelters. Clinics. Schools. Churches. Street committees. ECD centres. Safe spaces.
But they need to be known, easy to find and easier to work with.
This workstream connects the network. Strengthens it. Makes it visible. So people can find help. And those helping can do more.
This is not charity; it is care that shows up, for as long as it’s needed – from reopening and upgrading shelters to data-led homeless counts and dignity days, we support and expand safe spaces to share the load when the system is overwhelmed.
We back the leaders and people already doing the work. And help protect and catch those slipping through the cracks.
No self-righteous saviours. Just real work – side by side.
